MEET GEORGE

NEW LEADERSHIP DELIVERING RESULTS FOR OUR COMMUNITY

George has been living in the East End of Waterbury for over 30 years. Growing up he went to Saints Peter & Paul school, Thereafter attended Sacred Heart High School and later graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a B,S. in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

George has been passionate about the community that gave so much to him growing up. He is seeking his 3rd term as Alderman to continue moving Waterbury forward. He is also a board member of the East End Community Club, as well as highly involved in other local community clubs. He is a fighter for not just the East End but all of Waterbury. George responds to every constituent that contacts him in a timely manner.

George has exemplified great leadership on the Board of Alderman by contributing not only to the meetings but outside of the meetings as well. He supported many cultures by attending Mayor for a Day ceremonies, and so many other city wide festivities.

George was a major factor by orchestrating the Hamilton Park clean up, as well as the East Mountain Park clean up with other City Leaders to bring awareness to our parks. Dozens of volunteers came to together to remove garbage from our parks, paint park benches and bring attention to broken parts that needed to be replaced.  George has also done toy drives, Blood drives and food drives where over 9,000 pounds of food has been donated the last 2 years.
